Our 2030 strategy defines us, and it outlines our key priorities and strategies. Our strategy will evolve as a result of global changes in tertiary education, market demand and industry needs. We have set our strategy in three horizons. Horizon one covers 2023 -2024, Horizon two covers 2025 – 2027, and Horizon three covers 2028-2030.
Our vision is to provide high-quality and affordable education to students of all backgrounds. We aim to set new standards of flexible learning experience for all students and embed tech skills to prepare graduates for the 21st century workforce.
We will achieve our vision by working closely with industry and developing the capacity of our teaching staff to set new standards of the flexible learning experience.
Education provides many opportunities to improve social, economic, health and well-being outcomes. Our business is based on the foundation of strong values. These values shape our strategy, culture, decisions and behaviours. We expect our staff, students and partners to share and be part of these values.
