Student experience is at the heart of the Australian Open Polytechnic (AOP) learning experience. Through the External Advisory Group expertise, AOP has a long history of undertaking research in student experience, retention and engagement. We provide flexibility in course commencement, studying at your own pace, access to teaching staff, 24/7 access to learning materials and flexible fee payment options.
We acknowledge the busy lives of students with commitments related to work, personal life and caring responsibilities. We also recognise that many students do not have access to internet, computers and other facilities. We assess student needs and learning barriers and provide relevant support to ensure that students have exceptional learning experience and succeed in their study.
